Substitutes
If your dog has an intolerance, requires low-fat options for weight management, or has a medical condition that requires super low-fat items, we are always happy to replace any item with one your dog can enjoy. Our box is suitable for all dogs, including puppies over 12 weeks old. Please make sure you provide your puppy’s breed and age so we can select the most appropriate chews. We also ask for your dog’s breed so we can choose the most suitable chew size for your pooch. Additionally, please let us know any protein preferences, as not all dogs enjoy the same flavours.
On occasion, we may need to substitute an item or two due to stock levels. However, we will always replace it with a protein from the box or with one that your dog can enjoy, of equivalent or higher value.
Feeding Guidelines
As with all natural chews, we recommend supervising your dog while they eat and ensuring fresh water is always available.
