Orders

For UK delivery, we have a minimum order value of £10.50,  If your order is under £10.50, and you would like to collect, please contact us to arrange this service.

We are happy to swap out items in our boxes and replace with another item of equivalent value, please either drop us a message or write it in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout. 

​

If you are collecting your order, please select this at checkout.  We will aim to have your order ready in 1-2 days from order, and we will notify you to arrange a time slot for collection.

​

For UK delivery, we will aim to dispatch your item on the next working day from order, and we will notify you once your order has been shipped.

​

Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

​

We also offer a bespoke box service, whereby we tailor your treat box around your dogs dietary requirements, tastes and budget.  Please message us for this FOC service.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.  Delivery will be made via Royal Mail by your selected service at checkout.

 

RM 2nd Class - £3.19 - Up to £20 protection on your order.

Express - Tracked 48 £3.45

Express - Tracked 24 £4.25

Orders over £40.00 will receive free delivery.

​

We will send a fulfillment notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

​

We currently only ship within the UK.

 

Local Delivery

We offer free delivery for orders over £20.00 for the following postcodes SE20 and BR3. We will arrange delivery on a 2-5 day service.  Orders under £20.00 will be charged at £3.00.

We offer free delivery for orders over £25.00 for the following postcodes BR1 1, BR2 0, BR4 0, BR4 9, CR0 7, CR0 8, SE19. We will arrange delivery on a 2-5 day service. Orders under £25.00 will be charged at the selected shipping method at checkout.
