At Walks with Arley, Katie provides expert dog walking services in Beckenham and Penge UK, specialising in energetic dogs with a particular passion for the lively Spaniel breed.

Fully insured, DBS-checked, and a certified canine first aider, Katie offers a safe and professional dog walking service where every walk is tailored to your dog’s individual needs.

​

To maintain harmony and personalised care, our dog walking groups are kept small, with a maximum of four dogs per walk (including Arley).  Walks last a minimum of one hour, excluding transport time, ensuring your dog receives plenty of exercise, stimulation, and enrichment.

​

We transport all dogs safely using either a crash-tested TRANS K9 crate or secure doggy seat belts, with safety always our top priority.

​

We do not take every dog onto our books, as it is important that each dog is a good fit for our group walks and feels happy and settled in our care. That is why we carry out a one-to-one assessment with you and your dog before joining. During this one-hour assessment walk, we evaluate recall, play style, and discuss your training cues to ensure consistency, confidence, and comfort. This also helps us place your dog within the most suitable walking group.

Unfortunately, our group walks cannot accommodate reactive dogs or adult dogs that require constant on-lead walking due to poor recall. However, we are happy to support puppies and younger dogs on a long line, and assist with recall training with the aim of progressing them into off-lead group walks where appropriate. This policy ensures the safety, structure, and enjoyment of all dogs in our care.

All treats provided on our walks are 100% natural, single protein and pure meat only. Your dog will never be given processed treats during our walks..
