Free collection is available from BR3 by arrangement. Please contact us to organise a convenient collection time.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the next working day.

Returns Policy for Dog Treats & Pet Products
At The Pooch Shed, we want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at bark@thepoochshed.com. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover any return costs where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Pick ’n’ Mix & Bespoke Boxes
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pick ’n’ mix or bespoke boxes, as these items are not sealed and are custom selected.
